Okay..................... today was very panicky and of a rush.
I was informed to reach the school at 7.30am in the morning (unlike the usual 8.30am on wednesdays) for robotics briefing, and little did I know that today was the actual day of the 'competition'. I was quite surprised because I actually forgot all about it, and I wanted to withdraw from it because I was afraid that I could not send my auntie off at the airport - she was heading back to Canada later in the afternoon, which I might not be able to make it in time.

Searched for a replacement, but naw, no luck. No one wanted to go >.>
Saw Jane at the sunken foyer and passed her the 'autograph book' that the whole class was supposed to sign for Mr P, since I wouldn't be in school the whole day. They didn't sign it in the end though. *cries* Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Anyway, I still went for robotics in the end, having to miss my duty for the sparks stall which I will have to make up to it, somehow. The trip to Republic Poly was long and draggy, but Jocelin made the journey interesting by narrating some funny movie that she'd watched.

Reached RP,
Had a tour around RP,
built the swimming robot
and had so much difficulties (and fun)
(I nearly killed myself) after several times of disappointment,
.............. hmmmm yeah. That's about it.

Pictures.

That's the hot glue gun.

This looks soooo pro! We connected it by ourselves (with the help of a teacher)

A skimpy drawing. Guess who drew this?! LOL.

More fixing up.

The gigantic remote control

And here's our lil robot swimming in the water. Hahaha. Yes, it was made of lock and lock tupperware, with lots of wires, propellers, motors, batteries, circuits, thinking, headache, a drawing, hard work and fun.

I rushed off to the airport after completing the robot, and left the rest of the team to go for the 'real thing'. The 1hr 30min ride in the mrt was extremely tiring, and blahblahblah, reached the airport, and............. sent my aunt off. Its depressing to see her go D: she'll only be here in another one and a half years' time. Oh well. Let's just let it go.
